Sunday Funday

Hi my Loves! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. We went to "The Happiest Place on Earth" yesterday. It was so much fun; but I hit the pillows as soon as we arrived home. It was dreamy.

Today is all about football in our home. Do you have football Lovers in your home too? I enjoy the food that goes along with it the most! My favorite food to cook on Sunday Funday is "Beer Can Chicken." Beer Can Chicken is genius, and incredibly easy to make.

Beer Can Chicken Recipe

One whole chicken
Beer Can
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary (optional)
Lemon (optional)


Empty the inside of the chicken.
Pat the chicken dry with paper towel. 
Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Optional: Stuff the chicken with lemon and rosemary.
Open beer can and insert the beer can into the opening of the chicken. Stand the chicken on top of the beer can. The chicken will be "balancing" on the beer on the grill.
After placing the chicken on the grill, close it. 
Grill for one hour.



You will open the grill to your delight! 
A beautiful, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, delicious chicken! It really is that easy!

    The hubs is watching football too, and I'm on the computer beside him... wishing I had made something as delicious as this for dinner!!
