Vintage Treasures

Wow! What a fun weekend! Somehow I found my way to the Irvine Valley Flea Market on Sunday; and I am so happy I did because I finally found the perfect vintage industrial piece to hold all of my fabrics, along with a couple other things . . .

Vintage Swan "Time Guaranteed" Garden Hose
Industrial, rolling display cart perfect for showcasing my vintage textile collection.

Vintage Letterpress Printing Blocks
The person selling these folk art beauties had boxes and boxes of them. Apparently, a press closed down that was founded in the early 1900s. If you are in the area and Love them as much as I do, the seller will also be at the Rose Bowl and Long Beach Flea Markets this month.

I have no idea what this is; but it looks like some Vintage Love to me!?

One of my flea market friends gifted me with this vintage makeup box.
I Love how it is called, "Society Make-up: Hollywood."

I always try to come home with something for my Hubby.
Gigantic California state flag for the "Man Room." Check!

Everything else is . . .

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
I feel as if a milestone has been made today: 100 Lovers! Wow!
You brighten my days, inspire me beyond measure, and mean so very much to me!

xoxo
Samantha

  4. Now I am kicking myself because I did not bring home the "for my extravagant wife" and she was only $5. Darn it. Maybe it will be there next month. I know who was selling it . . . come with next time!? xo

  5. Now these are truly incredible flea market finds. I don't think I've ever been to a flea market with interesting pieces like these; somehow the one down here at the Sports arena just doesn't impress me.
