The Love of a Bohemian Mama

The Love of a Bohemian Mama: O

via
Happy Cinco De Mayo!

As a Mama, I love celebrating the holidays more so than ever! It is incredibly fun and festive to celebrate and educate my family on the different cultures and traditions from around the world! Living in Southern California, we are especially fond of the Mexican influence in our community. Actually, I never knew how much I loved Mexican food until I moved to California. I joke with my friends that every party we have is really an excuse to enjoy the "real" Mexican food we were deprived of our entire lives.

From the delicious foods to the festive drinks, Cinco de Mayo is a celebration not to be missed! And when ever I am looking for some very yummy southwestern recipes, I head right over to my girl, Ree Drummond, otherwise known as "The Pioneer Woman." So when I visited her this morning and saw her amazing roundup of recipes for Cinco de Mayo, I just had to share some of my favorite margarita inspired recipes with you! {Because as this Bohemian Mama knows, it is really all about the margarita.}

Have a wonderfully festive day! Cheers!
